----------- Notes ----------
All data should be preceded by a '¤'. Lines without one are ignored.
Menu colours are in the following order:
Work foreground, Work background, Title foreground, Title background.
Normal RISC OS menu colours are: 7 0 7 2.
If you turn the 'Set CSD' off (which saves a bit of space on window
menus), you can force it to appear by holding down <Shift> when you
click on a window titlebar.
Each menu-bar item is specified as:
¤ path(s)
¤ spritename text
The paths should be separated by spaces. Appending a '*' to any
path will put the first-level contents of the path in the top
level menu.
'spritename' - name of the sprite that should be used for the icon.
'text' - this will appear underneath the sprite.
If 'text' is '*', the spritename is used.
If 'text' is blank, the icon won't have any text.
Holding down <Shift> when you open a window menu will include a 'Set CSD'
item, regardless of the setting in this file.
